Here are the nominees for this week's national performance of the week. Please choose your favorite from the list below.

Candace Hill, Rockdale County GA: The sophomore became the first high school girl to break 11 seconds in the 100 meters, running 10.98 (wind: 2.0) at the Brooks PR Invitational. 

Kate Hall, Lake Region ME: The senior came up with a Beamonesque final jump at New Balance Nationals Outdoor, flying over a national record 22 feet, 5 inches (wind: 1.7) to break Kathy McMillan's long-standing 1976 record. 

Union Catholic girls: With Sydney McLaughlin splitting 51.2 on the anchor, UC ran the fourth-fastest 4x400 relay of all-time with 3:35.90.

Andrew Hunter, Loudoun Valley VA: The junior executed perfectly over the final 200 and outran Grant Fisher to win the Brooks PR 2-mile in 8:42.51. 

Anna Rohrer, Mishawaka IN: The senior ran 9:59.96 to win the 2-mile at the Brooks PR meet, edging out Destiny Collins for the win.

Rush-Henrietta NY girls sprint medley relay: This group, anchored by Sammy Watson's 2:03.08 anchore leg in the 800 race to a new national record in the midst of a driving raintstorm at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.

Western Branch VA girls shuttle hurdles relay: They broke the national record at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor. 

Ryen Frazier, Ravencroft NC: The senior duplicated her sister's NBNO distance triple -- winning the 5,000 meters, 2-mile and mile championships in a single weekend.

Sophia Rivera, Brentwood MO: One of the most versatile throwers of all-time, Rivera won the javelin, placed sixth in the discus, and then threw No. 10 all-time 53-1 to win the shot put at NBNO.

Noah Lyles, TC Williams VA: The junior won the 100 and 200 at NBNO and posted top-20 all-time performances in both events (10.21 for a Virginia all-time best, and 20.54).

Tia Jones, GA: Just graduated from the 8th grade, she served notice with a blazing fast wind-aided 13.08 time to win the 100 hurdles at New Balance Nationals Outdoor. 

Tyrese Cooper, FL: Another 8th grader, he placed third in the 400 meters and ran 46.44 seconds -- faster than the freshman class national record set 30 years ago by the legendary William Reed.

Rai Benjamin, Mt Vernon NY: The senior broke the 50-second barrier for the first time in the 400 hurdles, running 49.97 to win the event at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.

Donovan Brazier, Kenowa Hills MI: The senior ran 1:47.55 at the Brooks PR meet to win the 800 meters. His performance ranks No. 4 all-time.
