Georgetown College had up and down times this past weekend at the Mid-South Conference Meet, but in the end challenged itself and set several new Tiger records. "It's the way it goes sometimes," said GC coach Todd McDaniel. "You will have off days and meets. However, I was really pleased overall to see us make improvements in a couple of areas. You want to win the conference meet for bragging rights, but we still have two more big meets that could determine our placing some athletes at the national meet. That is what matters."
