AJ Guerra (Woodstock Academy, CT) improved his personal best by over a foot to win the 2010 Rhody Classic hosted by the University of Rhode Island. Tim Phok (Classical, Providence,RI) also threw a personal best to place a close second.

Angela Onye (Classical, Providence,RI) nearly broke the 50-feet barrier for the first time en route to her victory in the girl's competition. She ended the competition with a throw of 49'09.75" which is a new personal best. Karina Foster (Bloomfield, CT) launched a big four foot personal best to place second.
