This is our 26th year.  Our Running Log was designed by "runners" for runners and walkers.  Each page is a single week with space for course, distance, time, pace, comments, weekly comments, weekly mileage total and yearly total.  Also, there is space to log the race you ran that week including race name, comments, time, pace, overall place and age division place.  There is a pace chart on inside back cover.  We offer store, club, school and race director discounts.
