Running Music: How To Turn Around A Bad DayFolks, at long last our first song is up and ready to download: We're very excited about the release, and we're hoping you enjoy running to it. It's 30 minutes long, with a consistent, runner-centric rhythmic element throughout (but not the same thing over and over again--blech!). Our music is designed to sync with your strides, so we offer the song in 10 different versions to match your stride rate. We have 2 methods on the site to help you figure out which version is right for you. Check it out, and don't hesitate to contact us with feedback! We'd love to hear from you.

We've been doing some fun interviews over at the HellaSound blog with runners, personal trainers and fitness experts. If you'd be interested in talking with us, let us know! So far we've talked with Paul "Crazy Legs" Stofko, who's an expert running coach and certified personal trainer. He's run several ultras, marathons and races. We've also talked with Brenda Booth, a fitness competition athlete and personal trainer. Our most recent interview was with author and marathoner Amy Güth, a very cool runner with a different perspective and motivation. Cool people with interesting insights and knowledge on our favorite topic. There's more coming, so keep checking back on the site. In the meantime, have a great week and some great runs! The magazine rack metaphor is apt, as it's an ever-updating aggregation of running-oriented feeds. It's definitely worth checking out: http://Running.Alltop.com If you're curious, here's the set-up for how Running.Alltop.com came into being. Very cool that a well-known figure like Guy Kawasaki is as accessible as he is, and I'm happy (and excited) to be a part of the creation of this! You can go straight to GoRun here: GoRun = Twitter + Runners I've fallen in love with Twitter and have found it incredibly useful for meeting and chatting with runners I never would have met otherwise. It's incredibly easy to use, and doesn't require nearly as much from you as a site like Facebook (for example). Pretty sweet. Come by and check it out!
