2010 Oregon Elite Track and Field Championships
June 5, 2010 - Bend, Oregon

After last year's Oregon Elite, we are excited to announce that we have great sponsors again to help us host another GREAT event.  ALL WE NEED IS YOU!  Take a good look at last years highlights and plan to be here to make your own!  Last year's schedule is below.  We will adjust this years schedule as the meet takes shape.

Here's what this great event will look like!

-State Champions in each event are automatically invited to the "Oregon Elite Championships". As there are six different OSAA classifications, this will give us six athletes in each event.
-Next, we invite the next best finishers by time, height or distance, regardless of place. We will invite 12 additional athletes to make each field 18 athletes. If an athlete cannot attend for any reason, we will invite the next fastest time to fill the event.
-There will be two heats in running events. An "Invitational" heat, and a "Championship" heat. The "Championship" heat will have the OSAA champions and the next three fastest times in it.

Here are some things to look forward to!

-This event will be advertised through Bend Broadband.
-Runnerspace will be on hand!
-Dyestat will cover the event!
-There is NO entry fee for athletes!
-Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each event!
-Live coverage from the field.
-Weather! Are you kidding? Bend is the best place in the country to have a meet in early June.
