Upload a Photo

Go to the ‘Photos’ page and click on the big, blue ‘Upload a Photo’ button.

Select your photos and press ‘Upload’.

• *Album: (your album where your photo will be placed)
• *File: (select a file - must be under 4096x4096 px and 6mb in size - we are 99% sure your photos aren't larger than this...)
• Groups: (attach photo to a group – must be a member of the group to do this) Photo will then be visible on that group’s page.
• Events: (attach photo to an event – must be attending the event to do this) Photo will then be visible on that event’s page.

Edit a Photo

After uploading, you will be taken to the ‘Edit Photo’. You can also get to this page by clicking on ‘edit’ when viewing any of your pictures.

Fill in the information for your photo and click ‘Update Photo’.

• Title:
• Creation Date and Time: (date and time of photo for archiving purposes)
• Description:
• Tags: (tags related to photo) See Proper Tagging for more information on tags.
• Album: (album where picture is located)
• *Category: (category that best fits the photo)
• Sub Categories: (helps to further archive the photo for quicker and easier search results)
  • Location:
  • Sport:
  • Level:
• Groups: (attach photo to a group – must be a member of the group to do this) Photo will then be visible on that group’s page.
• Events: (attach photo to an event – must be attending the event to do this) Photo will then be visible on that event’s page.

Manage Your Photos

Go to the ‘Photos’ page and click on ‘My Photos’ or by clicking on ‘My Account’ --> ‘Content’ (on the left control panel) --> ‘Photos’

From here you can:

• Create a new album by clicking on the ‘Create Album’ button.
• View and Delete your current albums.

After clicking ‘View’ on an album you can view/edit all the photos in the album, add new photos to the album, and make a particular image the ‘default’ for the album.
