Ninali Zheng, an adidas professional athlete representing China, took third in the women's elite heptathlon with 6,164 points at the 64th Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Zheng, born Nina Schultz and representing Canada until 2019 before transferring her national eligibility in 2021, was second in the high jump with a 5-11.50 (1.82m) clearance and took third in the javelin throw with a mark of 146-1 (44.53m). It marked the best heptathlon performance for Zheng since the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
