How many miles do you run a week? Do you do more or less than your high school teamate counterparts?

That's cool you can hit high 16's for a 5k after taking a 20-year hiatus! How old are you?

I was an average runner in high school (low 16 5k), ran a 2:39 marathon at age 20, and then quit running for about 20 years.  Have been running again for 4 years now.  I have a few Az. state age group records.  I'm back in the high 16's and can run just under 5:00 in the mile.
