Hey, I am Alex. I am a senior at Cedar Springs High School in Michigan. I have ran Cross Country and Track for all 4 years of high school. This fall I am heading to Lake Superior State to run. I love to meet new people and have fun :)

I haven't performed that great in High School X-C, 5k pr of 17:27. But this year in Track its looking up big time, I am currently number one on my team in the mile adn 2 mile along with high jump (high jump what? lol hard to believe). My PR in the mile right now is 4:59, but i know I am going to light it up this year, goal of 4:30 or faster. I try my hardest every race, and never give up.
