A 4400 meter course of wood-chip trails, grass, and some
pavement winding through 180 acres of Nike campus. Here's what
to expect. Click on the map below for a better view.
Footwear Notice: Spikes are not recommended for this
course. The
majority of the course is on bark chip trail, but there is a
300 meter
stretch of pavement. You may want to place "blanks"
in your spikes or use a
waffle racing shoe.
