Katerina Stefanidi of Greece, the 2016 Olympic champion, cleared 15 feet, 2.75 inches (4.64m) on her third attempt to finish second on Saturday in the women’s pole vault at the University of Washington Indoor Invitational. Stefanidi, competing at the Dempsey Indoor Facility for the first time since 2013, cleared the same height as Washington freshman Hana Moll, who prevailed on fewer attempts.
