It's quite remarkable that a country of 3 million people consistently produces the fastest athletes in the world. Usain Bolt's record-setting performance in the 100m was followed-up by a Jamaican sweep in the women's 100m. And we still have the 200m and relays. There are several reasons Jamaicans are fast.
