Boulder Running Camp Registration

Tuition:
Individual Camp - $625 per camper
Team Camp - $575 per camper; $300 per coach; one free coach per seven campers (i.e. two coaches come for free when 14 campers sign up for camp)

Deposit:
There is a $150 nonrefundable deposit for both camps that must be paid to reserve a space in either camp, yet you can pay your balance at any time within three weeks of camp.  No deposit required for coaches.

Individual Camp Registration:
Camp registration is a simple three step process.  First, each family will set up an account in our UltraCamp system; this process will take 5-10 minutes.  The next step is to sign up for the 2009 camp session (Individual or Team) and pay your $150 non-refundable deposit.  Finally, you have the following documents on file via the UltraCamp system for your registration to be complete:

Every camper must fax in three forms before their registration for the 2009 camp is complete: Health care form 1, health care form two and the the waiver for the appropriate camp.  Fax these documents to 303.484.5869.  We will update the status of the forms by the end of the day Monday, each week, leading up to camp.

Team Camp:

Transportation:
We provide transportation to Boulder from Denver International Airport (DIA) for campers that are flying in to Colorado on their own for a fee of $20 each way or $35 round trip.  Campers need to arrive between 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday of camp.  We do allow early arrivals on Tuesday.

Following the closing ceremonies on Sunday, we will provide transportation to Denver International Airport (DIA).  Do not schedule flights before 4:00 pm mountain standard time, as we will arrive at approximately 2:15 pm at DIA.
