Summit High School Track and Field Athletes to be First in Oregon to Take Their Marks On Mondotrack

BEND, Ore., Oct. 7, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With their existing track in need of replacement, administrators at Summit High School here saw an opportunity to provide a world-class facility for their students and other members of the community. As a result, the school now has a completely renovated outdoor track featuring Mondotrack, the same track surface that was used at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

Summit High School is one of the first high schools in the nation - and the first in Oregon - with Mondotrack.
