Name: Adam "AJ" Allen Hometown: Fonda, NY High School: Fonda Fultonville Central School College: SUNY Cortland (3 semesters) and Fulton Montgomery CC (current) Current Team/Club: Thunderdome Track Club/Unattached Events: 55m,110m, & 400m Hurdles, 55m - 400m Dash, Pole Vault Brief Bio: I am a sprinter/hurdler from Upstate New York. In high school, I qualified for three state meets for 4 events (55m hurdles, 110m hurdles, and twice in the 4x400m relay). In college, I ran for SUNY Cortland my freshman year, but had to leave this semester (spring sophomore semester) due to financial reasons so I am now running unattached and training on my own. To myself committed I have begun to form a track club consisting of high school and college level athletes. I am working on raising the funds to return to Cortland for the 2009 Fall Semester.
