A year ago we released a DVD titled "Building a Better Runner: Building from the Ground Up." RunnersWorld.com showcased our videos while Running Times did a training article based on one of our routines. So we decided to produce a second DVD that would include routines that build on the material in our first DVD, keeping the same structure of Preventive Routines, General Strength and Warm-Ups to organize each DVD. We've simply named the two DVDs "Building a Better Runner, Volume 1" and "Building a Better Runner, Volume 2." See the previews below to get a feel for our DVD series.

2008 Olympian Christian Smith demonstrates several routines in both volumes that helped him realize his Olympic dream.
