Soon after Ryan’s Thanksgiving day video, he and Gered Burns took a trip up to Beaverton, OR to film the NTN. On that night Ryan asked Gered to join him in his blog update. The two had an onscreen chemistry not seen since Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman took to the silver screen in 1943’s classic, Casablanca. It was later that evening that the idea of RSL was first discussed.

Episode I:

There once was a man from Norway. There also, was once a man from outside of Philadelphia. That mans name was Ryan Westman. Ryan can be described as the father of RunnerSpace Live. It was his idea for a weekly video blog that was the seed for the idea of RSL. You can see here one of Ryan’s first Vlogs. Note, The Buns makes his first appearance, although not on camera, you can hear him in the background.

We arrived home from our journey safely. After the run in with a talking statue, a pizza eat off at Track Town Pizza, over to talk with Matt Scherer and a stop off at Pre's trail, we found our destination in the form of Pre's rock! We hope that you liked the video and stay tuned for our next release which will be sometime on Thursday.

We want to thank the newest member of our crew Chris Mammone for helping out on the camera shots. Let us know if there is anything you would like covered, we are in the process of putting together a "plank off" between The Burns, Westmania and a celebrity competitor. We also will be brining you our weekly picks for the Visa Championship Series and USATF's Pick and Win Fantasy Track Game.
