ALL COMERS’ MEET INFO
July 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 and August 5-6
**ALL AT HAYWARD FIELD!

WHO: You! Anyone, any age. You’ll compete with others of similar age. Single-year age groups for kids 1-12: other divisions are 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, Open (19-29), Sub-masters (30-39) and Masters (5 year age divisions, starting at 40).
WHAT: All-Comers Track and Field meets. These meets are low-key and offer a variety of events (see below). Place ribbons will be awarded to 1st-5th place finishers; all others will receive participation ribbon.
WHERE: University of Oregon’s Hayward Field (15th and Agate). Registration is at the south end of the track. WHEN: Wednesdays (ages 1-12) and Thursdays (ages 13 & older) starting July 8-9,
15-16, 22-23, 29-30 & August 5-6. Meets begins at 5:00 p.m. See schedule on website for regular updates.
WHY: Eugene is Track Town, USA! Legendary coach Bill Bowerman stared these meets in the late 1940s and they’ve been offered each summer since the mid-1950s.
HOW TO GET STARTED: Simply come to Hayward field the day of the meet and sign up for event(s) of your choice. *OTC membership not required, but it’s a great deal! Learning clinics for more technical events will be available prior to some meets. See website for full schedule and details of free instructional clinics. HOW TO SIGN UP FOR OTC: OTC membership is available year-round at www.oregontrackclub.org or in person at all meets. See brochure for membership benefits or ask at the registration table.
COST: $3 per athlete, a maximum of three events. * OTC Junior Members (high school and younger) compete for free; OTC adult members compete for $1. Free OTC memberships available for low-income youth. Meet Director: Jill Mestler, jmestler@juno.com
