NXN Regional Info

No refs, no timeouts, no judges, no room for error. Out here, it's just you, your rivals, and the dirt.

Run tough, or run and hide cause on 11/15/08 the NXN Regional Championships will be live in your hood, Sioux Falls, SD. Any and all high school harriers are invited to compete as an individaul or as a team. In addition to crowning regional champions, the NXN Regional Championships is your only pass to get to Portland. And it aint free. It will cost months of summer training, hours of tempo runs, miles of strides, and a performance of a lifetime when it counts.

The NXN Regional Championships serve as the qualifying system for Nike Cross Nationals held in Portland, OR on December 6, 2008. The top two teams from and top five individuals not on a qualifying team will advance to the National meet. In addition, four at large teams nationally will also be selected to compete using these guidelines.
