I am a junior this year at William Woods University. This is my first year here after transferring from Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. While there I ran cross country and both indoor and outdoor track and attained great exposure to the collegiate cross country and track circuit. Prior to that I attended Louisburg High School where I ran cross country for 4 years and track for 3.

I love the Woods so far - the school, the training, the people - and I'm stoked to race this year. Workouts are going great, everyone's getting in shape, and the season looks promising! Go Owls!
