This is history in the making my first blog!!! American Milers action kicks off tonight, last night we "SPRUCED" up Carroll Stadium. Many thanks to the first "full" tech crew of the Invaders kyle and Corey Awesome job boys, you guys are naturals(don't let it go to your heads, we have more meets to do). Good luck to Myers, Mason, Jaun, Ricky, and CHB for tonights competition. I have to get ready to get my workout in today before shuffling off to the stadium, looking to build on the outing I had Memorial Day, suddenly I don't feel over the hill or washed up now, my goal is to break 17 minutes for 5k in a year!!! There I said it, Im not going to run from it.
