This is the 25^th running of this great race. The race is put on by the Richmond Road Runners Club and the VCU Honor Society of Phi Kappa Alpha. The course records are held by Anna Pichrtova who ran 52:49 and Travis Walker who ran 48:13, both in 2002.

Because of construction on the Cary Street Gym, the race will be staged from the Cary Street Parking Deck located at 1001 West Cary street (corner of Cary and Harrison Streets).
