I've upped my level... I'll see where it takes me. Been told I shouldn't feel the need to prove myself... ohhhhhhhhhh but I freakin do. I need to prove to myself I'm d.1 worthy, bc the last couple of yrs. just aren't cutting it. My times could get me into a jc.... but this too shall pass! confidence, determination, and skill are key. LET'S GO TO WORK!!! mmm waiting till Saturday kinda scared

Yea I've been doing what I'm supposed to, but those aren't my highlights... On Saturday after the workout I hiked to the ojai punch bowls yayy.. maybe went up the hardest way possible by jumping from rock to rock up the river and killing my ankles, but I rather make an adventure out of it and it was FUN..... I worked out today duh, but the highlight of today was my MJ video... I made a fool of myself but yet again it was fun!!! OH summer fun and workouts aren't they great

So this week I decided to be a smart fellow on Monday. That could have been the dumbest thing I've ever done. I had to do 2 workouts in one day on Wednesday to catch up... let me tell you it was hard to walk for the next couple of days... On the bright side I did a lot of lower body lifting that I haven't done in a real long time... yay to healthy hammy's. This week was pretty easy and I think I'll go hiking tomorrow to throw something in there. This will be a long and exciting summer. Yay to working out with my gypsy Manderz AND US KICKIN ASS!!!!
