That's it guys, everything I have is up! 21 post-race interviews, so many of them worth watching. I went deep into Erin Donohue's new situation with new coach Frank Gagliano, talked to Terrence Trammell about the prospects of Trackstar becoming his full-time gig once he hangs up the spikes, got a huge update from Treniere Moser (formerly Clement) who got married and hired a new coach and has new training partners since last October, and got plans for this season from as many athletes as knew! What a meet, I can't wait to catch it on TV later this afternoon. Sorry we couldn't post races, but remember, track on TV is a GOOD THING, and we want more of it! So go watch! Until next year . . .

I guess they had to break down the media stuff early, so Kevin is taking the train back to the hotel to upload all of the interviews. Sorry for the wait.

Hey guys, hang tight for the Rupp and Lagat interviews. They're going to hold a press conference after the women's 5k which is going right now and that'll be the only chance we'll have to talk to them. Right now it's Sally Kipyego chasing down Tiru Dibaba! It's early, but it's kinda crazy.

Lagat towing the entire field, Geneti in second, Rupp in 3rd with the pack right on him. They're about 2 seconds off AR pace.

The announcer just called Ethiopia, Kenya, and U.S.A. "the 3 best distance nations!" True? False? What do you think?

Hey guys, women's 3k is about to start, Julia Howard is the rabbit. 15 laps to get this done, I can't guarantee I'll be able to blog it, because I'll be off getting more interviews. I guess I'll have to watch it on TV with the rest of you guys tomorrow!

Greetings from *brrr!* CHILLY Boston, Massachusetts and the B.I.G.! I am really looking forward to this one getting underway. The media booth is all abuzz in anticipation of Tiru's WR attempt in the women's 5k, an absolutely loaded women's 3k with last year's US Champ, Shannon Rowbury in the mix, and a men's 5k that could set a new American record with Bernard and Galen (he's here so I assume he's running!).

I'm sitting here pouring over entries and looking for some dark horses to watch out for. I'm going to go with Ryan "Zeus" Bailey who ran a time that would have finished fourth at the Millrose Games last week out at the University of Washington Invite. Don't know if he'll win, especially against this field, but in any event, watch for him. Hannah England is also running very well, has been dropping her times significantly over the last two years and has PRs similar to Rowbury in the 3k. Hmm, oh an Marshavet Hooker is now Marshavet Myers, and from what I can recall, has a pretty fast start, so will probably factor pretty strongly in the women's 60.

Ok, that's enough reaching for me for a while, there is a big crowd (5000) expected with a long line waiting to get in outside, so I'm going to get the camera ready and get myself ready to catch up with many of my favorite American athletes!
