Who I Am...

I've been running a long time, since I was 12 years old. I just love the seductive feeling of running. The movement is pure pleasure. It's kind of what Zen must be like. Running is my play time and every day I become a kid again, if only for an hour or two.

2010 Lithia Loop Trail Marathon

Congrats to Hal, Ian and the entire crew at Rogue Valley Runners for hosting another awesome trail marathon this year. I love this race... the trails are spectacular and the organization is flawless. Max King is a very worthy National Trail Marathon Champion coming back only six days after running nycM! He kind of embodies the spirit of mountain running with his passion for putting in the miles.
